Game On!

In the words of the New Zealanders in Flight of the Conchords (awesome HBO show), "It's Business Time."  The Utah Jazz are in the playoffs, and Clayton is fired up.  The Jazz are playing Houston in the first round.  Houston happens to be the favorite team for Clayton's friend Hailey's dad, so there is a little bit of friendly rivalry there.  Clayton has his Jazz gear and likes to point out the ball on screen.  It's awesome.

We are having a good run of luck for the sports teams we follow in this house, with the Red Sox winning the World Series in the fall, BC football, and last week BC won the college hockey national championship.  So look out, the Jazz are coming.

A day at the park

It was so warm last weekend, that we decided to have a picnic at the park with his cousins Olivia and Casey.  Clayton still isn't a huge fan of the slide, and doesn't like to go by himself, so here is a picture of Jared, Clayton, and Casey going down the slide.  As you can see, Clayton wouldn't stay and eat his lunch on the blanket.  He is so funny because he doesn't want to play on the toys, he just wants to run.

Backyard

A few people have been asking to see pictures of our new backyard, so here they are.  It is still a work in progress.  We are getting the fence in this week, and hopefully a play set for Clayton within the next few weeks.  As you can see, we have a lot of flower beds, so I still need to plant flowers and get our patio set out, but other than that we are all set for summer!

Clayton's big day!

Clayton officially had his first pee pee in the potty this evening.  He ran into the office and closed the door.  I peeked through the door to see what trouble he was into and saw him sitting on his potty with his diaper on.  I came in and he said "pee pee" so I took off his diaper and set him back down.  He sat for a few minutes then just got up.  I looked, and he had done a pee pee!!!  I am so proud!  He even carried his potty into the bathroom and flushed it himself.  I know it's a little strange, but I took pictures.
